Happy Halloween everyone!

Let's celebrate with another minor NCrunch release!  This release includes fixes for some stability problems that have been with the program for a long time, and were very difficult to track down.  Also included is a fix for a build related issue affecting a number of projects running under VS2013.  I highly recommend upgrading.
